Farrell’s Forest Lake Group Fitness Program!

Our unique group fitness program includes a full-body workout that’s designed for all ages and fitness levels. Add muscle, lose body fat and transform your body and mind through cardio kickboxing, strength training, nutrition guidance and member accountability in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment.

Summer and Fall 2018 Class Times

We are all busy.  This is why we've created 8 class times for you to fit 45-minutes of kickboxing or strength training into your day.  That's right - just 45 minutes per day.  At Forest Lake Farrell's our class times each day Monday-Friday are:  5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9:30AM, 3:30PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM, and 6:30PM

Saturday class times are 6AM, 7AM (F.I.T. Members), 8:30AM and 9:30AM. 

We allow members to a "flex" their workout time - meaning, if there is a day you cannot make your selected primary class time, we encourage you to attend another to ensure you are working out daily.
