Jeff is passionate about everything he does in life - from running a manufacturing company to operating his gym, he lives life at level 10. Jeff spent most of his life overweight, and struggled to stay consistent with attending a "typical" gym several days a week. After seeing the success his wife, Rhea had in the program, he reluctantly decided to give it a try. Not only did he win the 10 week challenge prize of $1,000 for biggest transformation, he has lost over 50 lbs.* in the program and mentors new members at every opportunity. Starting a Farrell's is perfect for Jeff and his desire to help others. Jeff is a solid athlete, and an excellent leader and trainer. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, flying (he also has his pilot's license!) and working out - kickboxing and strength training - a perfect fit for Farrell's.
Rhea struggled with weight as a child, and ultimately obesity as an adult. Accepting a challenge from a friend, she enrolled in the 10-week program at Farrell's to try and stop the cycle of emotional and physical health issues caused by weight and lack of physical activity. She finished 2nd in her class, losing over 21 inches* and 9% body fat* - and proceeded to coach and instruct men and women facing similar challenges in their lives. Realizing her passion for helping others could be exercised on a greater scale by owning and operating a Farrell's site, she and Jeff decided to purpose their mutual dream and open a Farrell's. Rhea has an MBA degree and has worked for over 20 years in marketing operations and graphic communications. She loves animals, travel and helping others help themselves.
Tricia began her journey 6 years ago with FXB Blaine-this was Minnesota’s first location. She immediately had a passion for the program and became a trainer very quickly. She did take a break from the program in 2012 to have her first baby, soon after she realized she missed her FXB family so much that no other gym could compare. When she heard that Forest Lake was opening she was thrilled. She continues to work toward her own nutrition and fitness goals daily and loves a good challenge! With her outgoing personally and drive to help others she is fully ready and committed to get you in the best shape of your life. When she is not at the gym you can find her chasing around her two beautiful children while her husband is always GONE FISHIN’.
Farrell’s came at a time in Lindsey's life while she was actively searching for something to transform her life physically and mentally. She had always been an active person, but not necessarily FIT. Lindsey achieved outstanding results from her first 10 weeks, and felt physically stronger, mentally sharper and emotionally balanced. She never saw herself teaching a fitness class - ever! However, once she started Farrell’s her perspective changed. Being passionate about her own journey, goals and health she wanted to share it with others. What worked and what didn’t! When asked about her interest in instructing she immediately thought, “I want to use my own struggles, experiences and successes in order to help others overcome, achieve and thrive on their own journey.”
Life gets busy for everyone. It’s been busy for Steve with kids, wife, home, job, hobbies, etc. He knew he wasn’t unique here, but he used, “busy” as excuse to de-prioritize health. There never seems to be enough time in the day, and he found himself putting health last. He heard about FXB from a friend, and over a year of persuasion, he joined. After only a couple weeks he started noticing differences in his body, skin, stress level, energy level and overall happiness. At the 5 week mark, he could see in the numbers how much stronger he was, and was excited to see where he'd be after another 5 weeks. Steve enjoys mountain biking and participating in endurance races in the summer. Steve likes sharing what he's done right and what he's learned from what he's done wrong. It’s rewarding watching team members excelling in class and he knew he would want to be part of that. In addition to helping others, he wanted to coach to help himself stay disciplined, accountable, and set a good example for family and friends.
